Change the world.

It is encouraging to see so many people wanting to change the world. However, the seeming lack of interest in the all important first step of evolving a *shared vision* is significant. Of what, I do not want to say here and now. I am only hoping that pointing out this "lacuna" will raise some awareness.

To sum up, my question is, "change world to *what*; then, when we are reasonably aware of the "what", we can go onto the next question of *how*?

Conjecture: "The "what?" and "why?" in a proposition is more important than the "how?" because human achievement starts with a vision of what is to be achieved.
